  1. Comprehensively preside over the management of the administrative department, actively implement the decisions of the superior, coordinate the relations between all functional departments and branches, and promote the smooth development of all works.

  2. Implement the company's document management system, organize the implementation of document standardization and standardization of all departments, and monitor the implementation of document management of all units.
